Can a limit be set on the maximum number of redeemable points per day (for the entire community, Rewards, and/or members)?

Community>>Incentive>>Rewards.
Here, you will be able to set the maximum redeemable rewards in a day and the maximum redeemable rewards for any respondent in a day.

In Community, is it possible to set a deadline for participants to redeem their reward points?

No, currently there is no built-in feature that allows you to set a specific deadline for participants to redeem their reward points.
