Where do I translate the category names and descriptions when I run a multilingual community?

In order to translate the category and description. Please follow the steps -

For category -> Go to community >> Languages >> Manual translate >> Choose the language from the dropdown >> under System and Logo >> Scroll down to categories and change it.

For Description -> Go to community >> Languages >> Manual translate >> Choose the language from the dropdown >> Navigate to Portal >> select Topic Description and change accordingly.

Names Displayed in Comments in the App and Desktop Version

If I enabled “Username” during registration, will this be displayed automatically instead of the member"s name when they comment on a topic? And does this apply to both the desktop version and the app version?

Topics > Description

When I"m logged in as a community member and open the Topic module, I see a question mark with a description. Where can I enter the translations for the description if I"m running a multilingual community?
