QuestionPro Feature Survey (A) - COPIED [piudmegjc

Hello:

You are invited to participate in our survey. This is an exploratory questionnaire to find out more about how users feel about the Internet. Your opinions will help with future research and the more detail and examples you can give the better. The questionnaire should take about 20 to 25 minutes to complete depending on how much detail you provide. Try to answer all the questions.

In return for your participation you will be entered into a draw for one of three £20 Amazon vouchers. All you have to do is enter your email address at the end of the survey and you will automatically be entered into the draw. (£20 is equal to approximately Euro29, NZD58, USD36 and AUD48). The draw will be made on 23 August 2006 (GMT) using all the emails that have been submitted.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. However, it is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Chandra Harrison by email at [email protected].

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Next button below.
