Dear Training Director:

We would invite you to participate in this survey examining the methods used to train and develop culturally competent counselors. You will be asked questions about various training methods related to ethnic diversity, and those personal characteristics of the therapist that you believe are important in cultivating increased cultural credibility. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, however it is very important for us to learn about training methods from your unique perspective. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.



Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and the data from this research will be reported only in aggregate form. The focus of this study is on the training provided by your site, however any information you provide will be coded and remain confidential.
