Quest Test

Dear Educator,

Your student, who recently attended an interview and leadership conference hosted by the Quest Scholars Program, thought you would be an excellent person to provide some feedback for Quest. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey, which will provide Quest with valuable information that we will use to build a “Quest Educator Network.”

For ten years, the Quest Scholars Program has worked with talented, underserved high school students across the nation, helping these students gain access to higher education. All of Quest’s services, including our summer leadership and college scholarship programs, are free to students. Now, we hope to expand our services by creating a network that will provide resources to teachers and counselors who advise students from low-income families, and in the process, help spread the word about the opportunities available through Quest.

Any answers you provide will remain fully confidential. We would like to receive your honest, uninhibited feedback. You do not need to provide any identifying information to Quest, nor will this survey enhance or detract from your student’s application to Quest. If you would like to receive updates from the Quest Scholars Program, please send an email to [email protected] with your name and email address. You can find more information about Quest on our web sites at www.questscholars.org and www.questbrige.org.

Thank you for your thoughts. We appreciate you taking time out of your day to help Quest serve students.

Sincerely,

The Quest Team
