As part of a group class project, we are conducting a survey on consumer preferences for subscribing to paid television (Cable and Satellite Television).
We would like you to complete this survey that asks questions about price, and other programing and service options. It will take approximately 8 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
"Video On Demand" refers to the ability to order movies on-demand from your television service provider. This, for example, would eliminate the need to make a trip to the video store. "Dish" refers to a Satellite Dish mounted to receive satellite signals. You will be preseted with two television packages. Please pick the described service to which you would be more likely to subscribe. If neither, select NONE.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. You may withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your preferences.
