This survey is about Deathblockers new services that are described as follows:

Deathblockers, Incorporated, is the preeminent guardian of personal medical information. The Deathblockers are a dedicated, talented team of information management specialists, medical ethicists, researchers, and health care reimbursement specialists who provide a full range of services.

Deathblockers does just what the name says – it helps you block or delay death from natural causes. Central to this service is your personal medical information – your DNA’s genetic sequence and your lifestyle choices that make you unique. Deathblockers collects and guards this information for you, then constantly monitors medical research around the world for advances in prevention and treatment of disease.

Deathblockers alerts you to medical breakthroughs that apply to your specific genetic composition. At the same time, we remind you of routine preventive and diagnostic events, based on the most up to date medical practices. Working with your managed care or individual medical providers, we recommend the safest, most cost-effective treatment for your particular condition. Our efficiency in pairing medical care to the people who need it most saves you time and money, and allows health care professionals to be more efficient in their practice, which benefits everyone.
Your genetic information and lifestyle information is your business, not ours. Deathblockers aggregates genetic and lifestyle information to assist in research and for use in our consulting work to managed care organizations and pharmaceutical companies.

Your information stays yours – we NEVER provide information in a format that will compromise your individual identity or health risk factors. We believe each human has an intrinsic right to privacy, and we ensure your privacy is maintained.
