A new mall promises a complete thematic experience and has organised for elaborate and unique shows, exhibitions and events to be staged in the complex in addition to the usual range of shopping, food and entertainment outlets. These events will change on a regular basis. However, because of the high costs in staging this, all visitors will be required to pay an admission fee to enter the mall.
Your local shopping mall has become run down through the years. New management proposes giving the complex a facelift to improve consumer shopping experience. You are visiting a city for the first time. You wander into a square and decide you would like to spend some time observing the sights and sounds around you. You spot a quiet bistro with a commanding view of the square. You are seated and a well groomed server attends to you. You request a coffee and upon it being served, sip it while observing the ebb and flow of the residents around you. 15 minutes later, you request for the bill, pay it and go about exploring the rest of the city.
You enter a cozy café, sniffing the smell of freshly ground coffee. You approach a barrista at the counter and request for a coffee. The barrista inquires to your name as you pay for your purchase. 3 minutes later you hear your name called and collect your drink. You seat yourself at one of the small tables nearby and 15 minutes later, you leave the café.
You seat yourself at a clean diner. A waitress approaches you for your order. You request a cup of coffee which she pours for you. You add cream and sugar to your preference and 15 minutes later you pay for your drink and leave.
