The big Gamereplays.org Bfme2 survey In this survey you can vote on all the ideas / features / changes suggested by the whole community. In this way you can show the bfme2 development Team how important you consider all the different issues brought up by the cummunity members. Use THIS forum topic about anything 2nd) If you dont know what answer to choose at a specific question then simply choose none. 3rd) Please dont vote "strategically" because you think you need to pull the average into a certain direction. only vote what you really think about the importance of every feature / idea 4th) You will not be able to see the results after you voted, you will have to wait a few days untill the results are published. You will find the results linked on the Gamereplays.org Portal news 5th) You cant vote multiple times, if you do the survey again, your former vote will be replaced by the new one. have fun The 4 most Requested [EA already knows they are a must] Please Fix the FireWall / NAT / online game connection ploblems BALANCE: every army has to be EXACTLY as strong as every other Please fix the Game crashes, happens WAY too often Disconnecting = clear loss in all ladder games, without any tiny doubt for anyone. Bug Fixes Bfme I -> Bfme II please fix the unit response bug: OFTEN units/buildings dont react when given oders, you have to deselect them, and reselect to make it work again....can easily loose a game Some hero special attacks behaved silly: some always hit their target, even if the target is already half map away (istari light), some dont fire if the target moves out of range but the power recharged nevertheless (cripple), please fix that Theres is ALWAYS a ~0.5 second delay between giving an order and the unit response to that order, please fix that, units should follow the orders instantly! Improve Unit behaviour (e.g. Trolls often run to their target, and dont do anything 2 secs before attacking the first time) Improve pathfinding (especially attack oders targeting castle walls lead to nerv wrecking things like trolls and rams running in the opposite direction) Annoying, cheap, or stupid things in bfme1:Make all neutral monsters attack a unit shooting at them no matter how far its away, a cave troll being shot at and not doing anything till hes dead looks stupid instant selling buildings (while attacked) still gives money....please dont let it make sense (or dont let it be possible) to sell buildings if they are already under attack. looks stupid. A upgraded sword-class unit inflicted way more damage to a building than any siege unit, nothing should come close to siege units (siege includes ents, giants) considering damage per second vs buildings Make some animations of buildings better (the meat hung in front of the slaughterhouse simply *plop* disapeares e.g.) Some creatures in the living world map were animated silly (fish are only at one fixed spot and jumped from time to time),please fix that mordor and isengart units have the same speaker, please give them different ones Would you use this feature? Would you use this feature? new gameplay features: music background changes in battle and changes back when no fights are (take a short look at Total Annihalation) please include the need to move units next to a armory to get it upgraded (no instant moneytransfer to the front and no obsolete armory after upgrades are researched) please include resource sharing by using captureable "tribute wagons" in multipler 2v2 and above (if not already planed this way) please Include some elements into the maps that are a bit different every game without making them unbalanced sometimes (keeps the game fresh) Make caves a bit unpredictable. e.g. caves (at least some) should spawn a random monster type at gamestart or randomly spawn more (or less) monsters when attacked. let heros find special "one time special attacks" like a one time usable spear in chests from cleared caves (only sometimes) please include more interactivity with the "living world map" Would you use this feature? New Unit features /Unit feature ideas: let big units (giants for example) and heros retaliate if flying units (eagles) "swoop" down on them please include more different hero / big monster attack moves per unit Please increase the different voice responses from every unit massively. Makes the game feel too used very fast otherwise. Ents should be able to go in "stealth mode" by getting normal trees like the 100 other on the map (they ARE trees right?).so you could ambush / scout / hide with them. Please include the raven swarm scout, Summoned by Saruman in the films. Witchking: Do the films justice: ignitable sword, has a morning star as well, mountable (fell beast or horse) and he can kill gandalf 1v1 summon ideas: Summonable Tunnel exit like ZH GLA stealth as "summon power" Do you share this fear?
