Welcome to the Civic House survey for students ALREADY INVOLVED with Civic House or any CHAC organization.

The results of the survey, sponsored by Management 100 "Team Burst", will be used to analyze and improve the resources and marketing strategies of Civic House.

Anyone who completes the survey will be automatically entered in a drawing for a $100 American Express Gift Card as well as $10 Gift certificates to local shops such as Bucks County Coffee and Qdoba.
