You are invited to participate in my survey: Internal Communications & ITD Strategic Planning. In this survey, approximately 70 people will be asked to complete the survey -- the entire MOA-ITD staff. It will take 10-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your responses will be used to support my senior project, which I plan to defend in May, 2006 at Alaska Pacific University as a requirement to my graduation! In addition, the information received will be distilled and reported within our department with the intention of improving internal communication regarding the strategic planning process.
I guarantee confidentiality – this means that I will not share original surveys with anyone, and after graduation, I will destroy each original. If you prefer filling out a hard-copy survey, you can pick one up in room 420, City Hall. Also available are pre-addressed envelopes that you may seal and drop off in the locked box in room 420, or mail to my home if you prefer. I will open the envelopes and tabulate the source information at home. I am not interested in matching responses to individuals, only in the responses themselves. So, please be as honest as possible.
This is a voluntary survey. Permission to conduct the survey within our organization has been granted, but participation is entirely your choice.
