As part of a research project being conducted in conjunction with Institute for Development Policy and Management (IDPM), University of Manchester, you have been chosen as a respondent to answer this survey/questionnaire on "The Impact of Organisational Change on Managerial Roles on Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).

It is the duty of the manager to seek/receive information form many sources to evaluate the organisation's performance, well-being and situation.

It is also the role of the manager to build and use of intelligence system.

Proper maintenance of information keeps the stability of the organisation.

It is the role of the manager to bring external views into his/her organisation and facilitates internal information flows between subordinates.

The dissemination of organisational information through memos and other correspondence is a satisfying role.
