You are invited to participate in a short survey relating to my University final year project. It’s estimated that the questionnaire will take no longer than 20-30 minutes of your time.



The questionnaire should ideally be completed by all the individuals who participate in IT Projects in our company, this participation can range from being a temporary project team member to leading a Project.

The overall purpose of cost management is to determine the total costs of the project, manage to those costs, and ensure the project completes within the approved budget. Cost management involves identifying required resources, estimating the cost of those resources, developing a project baseline, comparing progress against the baseline, and controlling costs.

13.Project Quality Management



The overall purpose of quality management is to ensure that the project will satisfy the objectives for which it was undertaken. It consists of the Quality Planning, Perform Quality Assurance, and Perform Quality Control project management processes.

14.Project Human Resource Management
