Test Survey

ChE 323 Students:

Prof. Jovanovic and I will be collecting survey data from you over the next 10 weeks.

Knowing full well the academic demands of Chemical Engineering engineering students we promise that this data collection will take very little of your time. The results will assist us in improving curriculum and instruction in both pre- and professional engineering course work.

In this initial survey you will be asked to respond to some self-reported demographic information, the results of which will assist us in setting the stage for subsequent surveys. For you efforts you will receive (1) 5% participation and (2) a small stipend.

This initial survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. However, it is very important for us to learn your opinions. YOU HAVE MY WORD THAT YOUR INFORMATION IS, AND WILL REMAIN COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL.

Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in my Oregon State doctoral dissertaion. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
