Organic food: Why do consumers buy it? Why do supe

Hello:

I am Mark Harris and I am studying for a BA (Hons) Business Organisations at the University of Hertfordshire. As part of my course I am undertaking a dissertation and am requesting your help with my research. The aims of my research are to identify the reasons why people do (or do not) purchase organic food, and to gain a consumers perspective as to why supermarkets offer such produce. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
