You are invited to participate in our brief survey on The Women in Math, Science and Engineering (WIMSE) program and the WIMSE application process. In this survey, approximately 2000 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the WIMSE application process. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. As a thank you for completing this survey, you will be asked to enter your e-mail for a FSU Bookstore Gift Card drawing.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate (as a whole). Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
