Relationship between Emotional Intelligence Competencies and Transformational Leadership Skills

Project Abstract

This is a survey of approximately 200 senior civil servants to evaluate their transformational leadership skills (DV) and Emotional Intelligence competencies (IV) along with some demographics. The purpose of the study is to determine what relationship might exist between EI and leadership skills to use for improving individual leadership capabilities.
