Project Abstract

Based on the Gregory framework, there are five generic processes of technology management. These are identification, selection, acquisition, exploitation and protection of technology management. The selection process deals with the selection of technologies that should be supported by the organization. This project aims to survey companies and answer the question of what are the critical success factors in the selection process of technology management. It will consider the processes, the tools and techniques employed by the companies for this process.
