Project Abstract

It is a long held assertion that in order for organisations to survive in ever increasingly competitive service market environment, that they must constantly find new ways of doing things (Innovation) while implementing standard TQM. Conceptually, TQM and innovation seem to complement one another, however, little or no empirical evidence supports the suggestion, Thus , this research aims to evaluate how closely related they are and what influences consumers delight with a particular product
