The objective of this staff survey is to provide important feedback to the Board of Trustees on leadership attributes of the Head of School. This request for input from teachers and staff is one part of the annual evaluation of the FCS Head of School. Your honest evaluation is appreciated. Without such feedback, it is not possible to know the areas where leadership can grow.
This is a confidential evaluation. All of the evaluations will be integrated into a summary report that will be shared with the Head of School as part of his review. No individual reports or names will be shared.
