Hello:
You are invited to participate in our exit survey from the WKB Event at XXX. In this survey, you will be asked to answer questions about your experience at the client's site and share any observations about potential areas where Arcadis can help them in the future.  It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely required. The results will not be shared directly with the client but will be used by the Arcadis client team to identify opportunities and develop a strategy to assist our client.   However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can skip them and provide feedback directly to the WKB leader or the Arcadis Client Team Leader. It is very important for us to learn from your quality time spent with our clients during the WKB.
