1. As part of our new Gender Equity initiative, the Bay Area Council is seeking to collect some basic data points from its member companies using this online survey. The survey includes basic questions, such as the gender of your organizations top executives. We are also seeking to collect information about any "best practices" related to gender equity.

Responses will be aggregated and individual organizations' information will never be shared publicly without respondents' express consent.

9. Additionally, we would like to include one designee from each Bay Area Council member organization to help support our Gender Equity initiative. They will need to attend approximately four meetings/conference calls over the next six months and report information back to your organization as it becomes available.
