A new investment project will be establishing in Al Fujairah that will contain a hotel & mall and offices & residential.
An Off plan sales will be introduce to in visitors during the constructions as a free hold, at hand over in December 2020 the developer will hand over the sold units from residential hotel & offices with an option to rent it for 15 years renewable 5 by 5 , and will hand the hotel to an international operator & the offices and residential will be handed over to asset management company to oversee rentals, maintenance & overall management on behalf of the investors.
The hotel will have a rental guarantee for the 1st three years at 5% ROI (retail on Investment) and for year 4 (7%) and for year 5 onwards (9%) + 21 days free stay per year for life.
