Dear Parent/Guardian:

Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. The survey will help us to measure parental awareness, knowledge and level of interest relating to several types of alternative high school courses.

The Bay Village Board of Education asks our Citizens Advisory Committee to research a variety of educational topics each year. The collective responses to this survey will be part of our presentation to the Board this spring. However, individual responses are anonymous.(The survey allows only one respondent per email link; please do not forward this email.)

We understand that each child is different and has unique needs. If you will have more than one child at Bay High next year, we ask that you respond to the following questions in a way that insures Bay High would be meeting the needs of all of your children.

You will have an opportunity at the end of the survey to add any comments. Our final report will be available on the district website at http://www.bayvillageschools.com/CACSurvey by the end of the school year. We appreciate your time and value your feedback.

-taken at Bay High School and taught by Bay High faculty.
-They can count for college credit if the student scores well enough on the final course test and if the college the student attends accepts such credit.
