The purpose of this review is to offer feedback to the CPMs/Product Directors with whom you work for the purposes of improving Invesco's approach to client engagement and helping CPMs understand their strengths and areas where they have an opportunity to improve. These surveys are not part of the formal HR process, but may be used by CPM managers to guide review discussions, create development/training plans, and offer constructive feedback to their teams. Please take your time, and particularly seek to offer helpful feedback and guidance in the comments boxes.
