Welcome to the registration system for the Law Firm of Tim Kelly and Associates, Certified Specialists in Taxation Law as Certified by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.

OUR FIRM OFFERS TAX PREPARATION ALL YEAR, NOT JUST DURING THE TRADITIONAL JANUARY TO APRIL TAX SEASON.

THE STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR THIS SERVICE IS TO COMPLETE ALL STEPS OF THE PREPARATION AND FILING THROUGH FAX OR EMAIL SO THAT NO SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIME IS REQUIRED.

OFFICE AND PHONE APPOINTMENTS ARE BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU NEED TO MAKE SUCH ARRANGEMENTS, THEY MAY BE MADE BY CONTACTING OFFICE MANAGER LYNN KELLY AT 800-259-3372 EXTENSION ZERO OR [email protected].

If you are going to use our electronic return filing program then you will see instructions after completing the second step registration.

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) security, as evidenced by the "https" in the URL bar. Information is stored on our secure, remote servers and does not reside in a vulnerable desktop computer in an urban office.

Before proceeding, we ask you take a moment to take a look at our fees. CLICK HERE TO SEE OUR FEES. They are unchanged for this coming tax year but individual circumstances may have changed and therefore changed your fees. In particular, please look at the small business fees. Most of our fees for businesses which show a profit, or a net loss under $10,000 are moderate. But our fees for the few small businesses we see with net losses in excess of $10,000 are very high because that is where the IRS spends most of its audit time these days. Our other fees, however, we consider to be quite reasonable for the level of service and expertise we offer.

Please acknowledge your awareness of our fee schedule before proceeding.
