Pivot Learning Partners seeks to continually reflect on and improve the service that we provide our partner districts. In order to help us better understand your experience being coached by a Pivot Learning Partners' coach, please complete the following questionnaire. We estimate that the survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Your feedback will be used to:

-Provide individual feedback to your coach;

-Provide information to the project lead about the overall success of the project; and

-Provide aggregate feedback to Pivot Learning Partners about the success of Pivot's projects.
