Thank you for your interest in working as a Cloakroom Assistant at the UCL Enterprise Awards 2013. You should have a received a separate information sheet detailing the responsibilities of the role along with other important information such as places and times. If you haven't yet received this, please contact me on [email protected]/020 3108 3278. Please do not complete the following questionnaire until you have read the information sheet.

Once you have read the information sheet, please complete this questionnaire. You will then be contacted to confirm whether or not you have been selected to work this event. Please note we only require 6 assistants for this event, and due to a high number of applicants not everyone will be successful this time, but we may ask to hold on to your details for future events.
