This Survey has been created to solicit feedback on your project, to identify how the project was conducted. This survey is meant to capture lessons learned from the project while they're fresh in people's mind. This survey focuses on the actions -- not people - to identify what worked, what did not work, and identify areas for improvement.

One of our key goals is to deliver our projects as efficiently and professionally as possible.Your assistance is invaluable to continue to review and improve.The results will be compiled, and discussed in detail at the Post-Project Meeting.The results will also be summarized in a Post Project History document, and recommendations will be passed on to future teams.

The feedback we receive from the survey can help point to particular areas that should get special exploration in the group meeting, and identify potential areas for process improvement.
