In our canteen, I ensure our employees are served fresh and hygienic food each day .The success of our lunch service is due to “Softee” pre-rolled rotis . These packaged rotis just have to be heated on the griddle (tawa) and puffed on flame, ready to be served hot, fresh and soft.
