We want to unpack for you six benefits of the CrossOver Account. We would appreciate your comments on each of the benefits outlined

* 3. CrossOver Account offers attractive tiered interest rates of up to 6.5% per year depending on the balances in your account. Currently, if you save between Kshs 2.5 - 5.0M you get the maximum interest rate of 6.5%. The lowest interest rate is 1.5% per year for balances between Kshs 5,000 to 50,000. (Kindly comment below on this benefit)

* 4. With the CrossOver Account, you accumulate points as you save which are redeemable for various items depending on your savings. 1 point is equivalent to Kshs 1,000 and you start earning once your balance reaches Kshs 5,000. (Kindly comment below on this benefit)

* 5. CrossOver Account holders enjoy easier pre-qualification when they apply for a mortgage. Your regular savings gives us an indication of what you can pay for a mortgage hence making it easier to qualify you for a mortgage. (Kindly comment below on this benefit)

* 6. CrossOver Account holders have access to 100% financing when they apply for mortgage. This will made possible if you allow us to hold your savings for a period of, say, 3 years. We can then advance the seller the whole purchase price of the house. (Kindly comment below on this benefit)

* 7. You get up to 2% discount on the prevailing interest for your mortgage facility. For illustration purposes only, if you have saved Kshs 1,000,000 and you borrow a mortgage Kshs 1,000,000, we offer you the maximum interest discount of 2%. If you save Kshs 500,000 and you borrow Kshs 1,000,000 we offer you an interest discount of 1%. In other words the interest discount depends on your savings in the CrossOver Account; The higher the interest rate the more discount you get. (Kindly comment below on this benefit)

* 8. You get up to 25% discount on commitment fees. Currently, the commitment fee is at 1% hence if you apply the discount it comes to 0.75%. Please note that this discount is applicable for those who have saved Kshs 500,000. (Kindly comment below on this benefit)
