Diversity in SMEs

Dear Sir or Madam, my name is Sarah Murray. I am a final year student from the Hull University Business School. You are invited to participate in my survey on the perceived importance of workplace diversity within SMEs. Approximately 100 companies will be asked to complete a survey regarding perceptions of workplace diversity and it will take around 2 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and there are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
