The cervical team is preparing to launch a new dynamic anterior cervical plate this year - UNIFY.

As we begin planning for the launch, we need your help to gather surgeon targets. Field personnel with surgeons who currently use or believe in dynamic plating – please fill out the attached survey to be included in our target list for launch.

Our new system features internal dynamization and a one-step lock - designs we think will put us far ahead of the competition!

Your input into this survey will help us get a good idea of the market and the surgeons that will be interested in using our new system.
