You are invited to participate in our survey about how the Eastlake Boys Basketball Booster Club can improve to meet the needs of families in the Boys Basketball program. We hope you'll take a moment to fill out this survey to help the Booster Club be what you want. We are an organization that desires improvement through feedback. Please provide your feedback on issue which the Booster Club can address. This is not about providing feedback to coaches about game strategies, player minutes, or other coach's decisions.
