What we are looking for

This survey is aimed at business owners, or those who are involved in email marketing (Note we are only interested in companies that send mail to those opted in to receive it - i.e. no spammers please :) ) as part of their role within their organisation.

We wish to learn more about how companies use email marketing. Please complete this survey if you use, or plan to use email marketing in your business. Email marketing can take many forms including:

- Welcome letters (when a user signs up or purchases)
- Newsletters (To maintain interest)
- Promotions, offers & discounts
- Vouchers
- Drip campaigns (Sending users a number of emails over a period of time to drip- feed information or maintain interest)
- Competitions
