Employee Performance Review Process Survey

Annual Performance Appraisal/Incentive Survey

Maintaining a performance driven culture is essential to the long-term success of Regence. Recently, a team of senior leaders from across the company was asked to explore ways to enhance how we recognize and reward employee performance across the company. To this end, we have created this brief and confidential survey which we will be administering across the company from time to time.

Thanks in advance for weighing in on this important topic. Expect to see a summary of survey results posted on Spark in late August.
