Do you know all the core business processes and policies are for Hospedia and understand what "Best Practice" is and use best practice daily?

When you were inducted into Hospedia did you find it......

A brilliant experience, everything I wanted and expected it to be!

A terrible expereince, I was basically left alone to do it for myself!

It was OK could have been better but basically gave me most of what I needed!

What Induction - I never got one!

How do you find our internal IT systems and procedures?

My pc / laptop is great it always works, does eveything I want it to and when i do get a problem I get immediate support for the IT team?

My pc/laptop constantly has problems, it breaksdown regularly and or I cannot access information that I need to do my job because of restrictions

I have to use my own PC/laptop at home to do my job as I get so frustrated with out of date and unusable equipment at Hospedia

It all works ok and the IT team support when they can and so i am mostly happy with it.

Our intranet is great - it supports me in everything I need at work?

I agree it is fabulous

I disagree it is difficult to use and finding stuff is nearly impossible

It is ok, it could be better but mostly I can find what I want when I want it.

I try and avoiod using it unless I have to!

How would you describe Hospedia's culture?

open, honest and friendly, a great place to work

secretive, with hidden agendas and no real communication

mixed, different teams and departments have different agendas

strong leadership, empowering management and place where you can really do well

What do think Hospedia reward the most?

Financially succesful staff who achive great results

People who suck up to senior managers and do and say all the right things

hard work, long hours and dedication

the ones who are liked by the Directors the most
