BCRS is seeing an increase in requests for event medical coverage while volunteer participation in these events is decreasing. What do you think is contributing to the participation trend?

Please rate the following as to how helpful you think they would be for you:
Monthly e-mail listing upcoming open shifts for ride alongs.
An online taskbook similar to the Wilderness Rescue Team taskbook that tracks your progress, training and participation specific to EMS.
More interaction and joint training between volunteers and paid staff.
Day long trainings specifically for BCRS EMS providers.
Increased recognition for participation in ride alongs and standbys, e.g. listing and/or ranking of participation online and recognition given at meetings.

Add any other observations or tips to make our program better for you.
