Family and Career

Women have always struggled to achieve a succesfull career without giving up the pleasure of having kids. The time spent on raising children would have prevented the realization of a career and vice versa. Nowadays, however, a concrete possibility for women to have both does exist. Thanks to a freezing eggs practice, women can decide to freeze their ovaries to conserve their fertility until the moment they decide to have a baby. Egg-freezing technology prolongs women's fertility and reduce the biological time pressure postponing the decision of having a baby to a later age. Such an innovative medical procedure could be revolutionary for women's set of choices in terms of career and family. Through this survey and your participation, I would like to delineate a general attitude and trend towards egg-freezing technology. For this reason, the survey has just an academical research purpose and will be extremely helpful to answer my research question. Thank you for your participation!
