Phil and Nick - we need to collaborate on this before I spend much more time - but I gave this a start and show some alternative formats. We need to adjust questions, elimnate duplications and refine questions to ensure we can best tabulate conclusive and actionable results.

We need to consider how to encourage honest participation with clients who may feel their feedback could impact the pricing on future projects/renewals.

I plan to add a question about alternative solutions considered (or potentially to-be considered): In House, Alt SaaS, Software, functional outsourcing...

Having a clear understanding of customer perceptions re FNI strengths will help us validate our assumptions and refine sales offerings and marketing approach.

You get what you pay for with surveys. I am not a professional and this is a free tool, but if we put our heads together and your clients are open and honest, this will be a valuable step.

This can boost customer satisfaction if we share findings and FNI plans with respondents/all clients, but we need to review findings before we offer that.
