I know I have yet to meet you all, but I want to take the opportunity before we officially begin working together to establish some benchmarks.

I very much believe in using feedback to develop an approach to manage those issues we must manage. I've developed six categories of questions I'm asking you to answer which will help me engineer an approach to making the organization and your professional work life successful.

It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
