The UNODC Independent Evaluation Unit is managing and providing quality assurance to all evaluations in UNODC (which equals around 30 per year). In order to further strengthen the quality of the evaluation reports, IEU is updating and further expanding its evaluator database.
IEU is reviewing all evaluators before they are approved to conduct an evaluation in UNODC. The IEU database aims to ensure that high quality evaluators are identified and contracted. Therefore, IEU preliminary assesses candidates against the criteria in this questionnaire in order to identify potential candidates.
This database is not conducive to have any contractual arrangement with UNODC. The database is solely used for internal information purposes. Therefore, the inclusion in the IEU database does not guarantee a contract with UNODC. In case you are placed on the database and later on contacted to conduct an evaluation, a full assessment will take place (interview and written test).
