At the March 1, 2012 FSA User Group meeting facilitated by Nelnet, we identified the need for training and setup support that is tailored to specific users within each FSA department/group (ISSUE #1 System Access).

The purpose of this short survey is to discover and gain understanding about the needs of FSA teams/functional areas in order to develop useful system training and support tools.

As a member of the FSA User Group, you are receiving this short survey to help Nelnet understand the system access needs of your FSA team.
