Welcome to the Combustion Organizational Creativity Quotient Assessment (OCQ). This tool is designed to surface all the things your company is doing well, and maybe not so well, in developing the kind of killer creative culture you all want and deserve. This will require very honest input but fear not – our survey report protects the anonymity of all participants! It should take about 10 minutes to complete and we recommend using a ‘non-mobile’ device if possible.

Thanks in advance for your input. Just by taking part, you’ll have already contributed to a more creativity-fuelled future for your organization.

Please report any technical issues to [email protected].

Before we begin, please tell us a little about yourself. A reminder the survey information is kept anonymous and will be aggregated so we will not be able to identify you from these questions.
