Hello Everybody,
I recently read an article in HBR about creating the best workplace on earth. After doing an extensive research for 3 years, the team has narrowed down all they have learned in to 6 basic themes.

1. Let People Be Themselves
2. Unleash the Flow of Information
3. Magnify People’s Strengths
4. Stand for More Than Shareholder Value
5. Show How the Daily Work Makes Sense
6. Have Rules People Can Believe In

The questions I have reflect these themes. The more check boxes you select, the close we are to making this a dream workplace. I cannot promise to deliver on everything here, but I want to see how the team feels about working here and work on making this a better place for our team.

Please take some time out of your busy schedules to provide feedback. I will collate the results and share it with the team. I will then work with you to prepare a plan to making it better for us.

The HBR article I was referring to is here if you want read more.
