Dear Healthcare Professional,

As a practitioner treating patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), we would like to ask you some questions about a new international, faculty-led educational programme, being developed to support the translation of the latest clinical and scientific research regarding iron deficiency and its management in CKD patients into clinical practice resulting in:

1. Enhanced understanding of the physiology and pathophysiology of iron and iron deficiency in CKD

2. Enhanced understanding of the benefit:risk of iron therapy in CKD

3. Improved iron deficiency and anaemia management in CKD

In order to ensure this programme meets the learning needs of the nephrology community, we are conducting a survey.

Please complete the following questionnaire so that we can obtain a better understanding of the learning needs of healthcare professionals in the nephrology community. Please be assured that all data from the questionnaire will be kept confidential and used for evaluation purposes only.
