Dear Open Schooling Principal

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the Baselines Survey on the Status of Innovative Open Schooling supported by the Commonwealth of Learning as at July/August 2015.

The purpose of this survey is to find out the status of Innovative Open Schooling at your institution as at July - August 2015. Here our interest is mainly in whether you have institutional policies on Open and Distance Learning and Open Schooling; whether your teachers have been trained in the creation and use of OER and ICT; whether your teachers and lecturers have used or created OERs with COL support so far; and how many learners you have reached through your open schooling programmes especially the number of girls. The information from this survey will be used to compare how we are making progress over the next six years.

Kindly try to answer all the questions as much as possible. Kindly also provide supporting documents and examples as much as possible. Thank you in advance for your valuable contribution and partnership. We will send you a copy of the Baseline Report for your comment and feedback.
