You are invited to participate in a survey discussing Knowledge Management/Intellectual Capital. In this survey, approximately 14 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the banks new strategic plan and process. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

I am contacting SunTrust Bank branch manager's in retail banking in the Miami Dade area to discuss "knowledge management" and "intellectual capital" within each banking office. The goal is to find out how the Knowledge Management Model the bank has adopted is currently working for the banking office. How has the banking office been impacted in the past year with the new strategic initiative.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
