1. Hawkeye
a. To increase the efficiency of Supply Chain teams and to reduce the time spent on order processing and tracking by eliminating the need to extract and consolidate data manually across different systems
b. Implemented “manage by exception” methodology to accelerate the decision making process
c. Developed a ful end-to-end Order Management system including the integration of delay reasons to Apex/DSS

2. Smart Data
To solve the data integrity issue across KS&O offices and OpCos., such as Dimensions, MOQ, Price, OpCo Product Code, etc. targeted to have product data right first time, reduced data correction cost and speed up the order turnaround.

3. Pass Through
Enabling proforma orders to go straight to vendors automatically (Straight to Official), targeting to shorten the order processing lead time and reduce working capital. 

4. Artwork Process Improvement
The project focused on study ing the end to end artwork development process across KS&O and OpCos teams, identified opportunities to reduce waste and improved speed (cycle time)—as a result, the new Brandflow system solution has been implemented this year

5. Darwin Data
B&Q requested KS&O 's support by collecting critical product data from Vendors to enable the product data liability in their e-catalogue portal.
