What is the role of the librarian in your opinion?
The librarian should only focus on checking in and out books.
The librarian plans, teaches and implements instruction.
The librarian's main responsibility is to pull resources for the teachers.
The librarian's main goal should be to keep the noise level down in the library so that students can study.
What does teacher/librarian collaboration mean to you?
The teacher meets with the librarian to plan a lesson. The librarian does the lesson during the teacher's planning time.
The librarian pulls resources (books, helpful websites)and drops them off at the classroom.
Together, the librarian and teacher plan, share ideas, determine resources, and deliver the lesson to students.

My principal loves teacher/librarian collaboration so I thought I'd give it a try.
I didn't know about teacher/librarian collaboration.
If you have collaborated with the librarian, how would you rate the overall experience (planning, working relationship, lesson performance, etc.)?
It was amazing and I will definitely do it again!
I enjoyed collaborating and I hope I can work it in the schedule to do it again.
Collaborating was okay; I might think about doing it again, if I get a chance.
Too much work and I didn't really see the benefit.
